When Dr. Singla founded this practice more than 40 years ago, his goal was to build a patient-centric comprehensive eye care practice for patients in the greater Port Arthur and Golden Triangle area. Today, advancing technology allows us to provide services to patients to an even wider region. Using virtual video-based diagnostics, electronic medical records and accepting almost all insurance carriers, we are better able fulfill the specific needs of every patient. 

With office in Port Arthur, our doctors are more accessible to patients in more convenient locations. Our comprehensive services include: Modern-day cataract care, treatment for diabetic eye disease & macular degeneration, glaucoma management and full services opticals with the latest frames and lenses in designer eyewear.
